This project was in support of the former Yugoslavia war crimes trials conducted in the Hague. I was responsible for the collection, preservation and documentation of physical evidence pertaining to the massacre at Ovcara, Bosnia and Herzegovina. |
As a contractor, I met with Bolivian Attorney General Arturo Crespo (far right) and a member of his staff to discuss the location of the new U.S.-sponsored police forensic laboratory. |
