Court Qualified Forensic Science Expert

I worked with the late Dr. William Maples in a remote area outside of Panama City, Panama on this project. The objective was to conduct an exhumation, while providing instruction on the proper collection and preservation of physical evidence.

For approximately the last two decades, I have been involved in international forensic development and training.

I delivered the address for an INTERPOL conference on questioned document topics.

This project was in support of the former Yugoslavia war crimes trials conducted in the Hague. I was responsible for the collection, preservation and documentation of physical evidence pertaining to the massacre at Ovcara, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

As a contractor, I met with Bolivian Attorney General Arturo Crespo (far right) and a member of his staff to discuss the location of the new U.S.-sponsored police forensic laboratory.
